The perfect CUT?

126" and 2600 lb is th eloader lift capacity of a New Holland TN series with the new loader. I have never seen an Extendahoe on a compact. I just don't think the chassis in that weight class could be stable or sustain the type of load your "perfect tractor" would want to subject it to. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

About the only feature that you mention that matches my 4310tlb is that it IS perfect.

For me!

gray,

This forum is a great place to discuss our ideal wish lists. I know that some people in the past have looked for their ideal tractor and added countless modifications to push the limits of the original intended design. MChalkley comes to mind here. He tweaked his Kubota a lot and still found it lacking in some areas. He bought an Earthforce 500 and has a wish list for it too. He made some compromises there too, giving up on having rear-mounted 3pt implements. There are some ways to mount 3pt on the FEL though. It depends on the type of uses you have.

It is great to look at what is and ponder the 'what ifs'. If nobody did that, we would never have anything new. There would be no innovation. Keep it up. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

BTW - If you could fill out your profile a bit, I would have known that you have an L48. It's kinda nice to get to know the folks that you're 'talking' to. As you've probably noticed, TBN is more than just a forum, it is a community of people. It's great to have you with us. You have some cool ideas.

Larry.

I just had to check out this old post. I had not seen your response toll now.

You got the idea, I am always looking at ways to improve things or learn about mechanical things. It is the only way to see things get better?

I am a total puttz when it comes to computers so I have to try to find the way to fill in the profile you mentioned. I have never looked at other members profiles but should.

I do like my L48 an yet find so many little things that would improve it and some bigger things that would break new ground. If designers ever drop in, they may even consider some of the ideas? No way? Maybe not. One should dream.

Gray.

Sorry KJ. I have to disagree with you on this one. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

The perfect CUT? Why it's mine of course!!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

IMHO John, your post said it right /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif. What's good for you may not be good for me. That's why your you, I'm me, and I have "The perfect CUT" LOL! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

OK, if your's is so perfect, why do you keep adding and adding more stuff to it? Oh, that's right, we all do that!! I wondered if you'd have something good to come back with, and I guess you had to look for a little while to find it huh? But it was a goodie! Of course, I missed the whole point of the original poster's reason for posting anyway. He was looking for other's ideas of the perfect one, and I thought he was saying his stats WOULD be the perfect one. I was up late that night too I think. LOL. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gifJohn

I thought I would get input on the design specs. that I believed would be if not perfect at least better than anything out there at this time. I should have known there would be sores opened? Not my intent.

I have already thought of a couple of things that would improve those specs.

It was a late night and I was dreaming of specs. that would leave little wanted but still in theory are possible.

Oh yah, the other things to add: Hydraulic thumb, and a cab with heat and maybe AC?

I did not use any brand name because many brands could push for the specs. I do know that as listed it would be on the large size but most of the specs. are convertable to any size CUT in proportion to weight and measure.

Brand and model sure carry emotions with TBNrs. I was not cutting on ay brand or model, just thinking of when one or more may offer much of the wish list on one model or more of any given quality brand.
