Sam: "Is it much different?"
Tourist: "You've changed the picture on the wall behind Norm."

I always liked when Sam, Coach or Diane would ask him "how's life treating you, Norm?"

Norm's replies:

"Like it caught me in bed with its wife."
"Like I just ran over its dog."
"Like a baby treats a diaper."
