Congrats on the new tractor. Going you going to give the older girl a chore so she doesn't get jealous of the young pup? ie keep an implement on her so she is ready to go?

Sadly, I had to let the older girl go.....just not enough room in the nursery or enough finances in the bank for college.:laughing: She served me well for the last 13 years or so. Here are a few pics of her swan song......

So we are coming up on the 24 hour mark...

Is she dirty yet? Did you sleep in the barn with her to make sure she was safe?

Did you get any sleep whatsoever?

Congratulations on your new "baby". You can sure see the difference in color of the "old Kubota orange" and the "new Kubota orange" in your side by side photo.

I sure miss those old exhaust stacks. Looking at the side by side photos makes me miss them more. I may get the heart one day to fab me one up on mine.

Well, 24 hours later, she got a bit of dirt on her. Spread some mulch and moved some rather large oak rounds from a tree I dropped this morning. Tucked her in last night up in the barn and literally covered her with a couple flannel bed sheets Didn't want any of those barn swallows relieving themselves on my new baby:yuck:

Only got a few hours on her, but pretty impressed so far:cloud9: Figure I should take it a bit easy considering the break in period and all.
