They health benefits of "Dairy Free" was all pure nonsense

Grew up with some dairy cows on the farm, Whole milk was seperated to make butter and we made our own cheese.
Never had a problem with lactose intolerance until I drank homogenized milk after leaving the farm. Funny thing is, I can still drink whole milk that has not been homogenized with no problem.

I don't recall hearing about any benefit to dairy free. Fat free seems to have been a thing, but replacing the fat with sugar probably isn't what was intended, though it did sell well. I'm so surprised that corporations don't have my well being at heart......
