Unless they changed some things this model year...One of the sticklers with the 1026 was that the 3rd hydraulic function, could not coexist with the power beyond option (needed for the back hoe). You might be well served by using the independant lift with one of your loader functions at first, then go with a kit from Fit-Rite to install better rear hydraulics that preserve the power beyond.
The factory rear SCV would work fine for a grapple...a very light one.
If you go over to GTT, there are quite a few 1026 owners that could give you more insight on the different deck lifts.
