We've been looking at lawn tractors for the past couple of months in preparation for a new lawn that we are in the process of putting in. We've looked at tons of makes and models but recently came across the Kubota. We are very interested in the Kubota GR2000 and looking to find out how it handles on a slope? What was your rational behind going with the GR2000 vs the GR2100?

Welcome to TBN Gottamow,
I purchased a GR2100 last year; this is season 2 with it. We love it!! The glide steer performs as advertised; it doesn’t tear up my hilly yard while making sharp turns. One thing to note is that it is only a mower, not a garden tractor.
The GR2100 was the best riding lawn mower I have ever been on. Perfect in every aspect.
If you try to turn it into a tractor you will have problems because this was not the intended use. But if all you are doing in easy slopes on about 5 acres this is perfect. I just wish my land wasn't so hilly and I would buy one today!
