Thinking about buying a Kioti CS 2410

To anyone who has one how do you like it so far. Sat on one at the Dealer and drove it around a bit but there wasn't any place to really make it work. How do you like the hydro static trans. Does it have a abrupt stop when your backing up and let go of the Pedal.{ the one I tried did} also does the whine of the hydro get quiet with time. How about the fuel economy.I know there a rebadged New Holland TZ series but not to knowlegable about them either. Any insite would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have a Kioti but the abrupt stop is common with a hydro and the whine sure hasn't changed with my kubota .

I've got a 2014 model with about 60 hours on it. The abrupt stop (a subjective term) and hydro whine are just something that you get use to. I prefer the machine to stop when my foot comes off the pedal...afterall, that's why I'm taking off the pedal. It also makes for very precise movement in tight spaces. Brakes - never use 'em.

Regarding the whine...I wear ear protectors...so I don't hear much of anything anyway.

I have a 2013 model with 80 hours and it has been great. I agree with everything Gary said also. They are a nice little machine.

I have the CaseIH version (DX24E) and it's been a great little tractor. I have about 160 hours or so and no problems. I will say this much, if you are using it without the mower deck and in fairly rough ground keep an eye on the cooling fan for the tranny. I have read reports of sticks and roots getting into the fan and breaking blades off resulting in stuff getting hot...
