Thinking about buying a Tig welder, Everlast?

The Miller Diversion 180 might just be the ticket for JAS! Just because of that little book that comes with it.

Yeah I saw that. I hope it has lots of pictures, no big words, and some coloring sheets would be the ticket! If they throw in the crayons, shoot that's first class :) :) !!!

I've welded on a few buckets, but don't remember writing any books about it.;)

The 200 has an outlet on the back set up for our 240V water cooler. Right now it is not switched, but the cooler has it's own switch.
It's a good starter welder, but for people with lighter duty needs, and are considering a Diversion, the PowerTIG 185 offers much more for much less. 185 amps @ 35% duty cycle for starters. For comparison check out the duty cycle on the Diversion :O ) It also offers AC frequency and balance control. It offers stick weld function and STANDARD Dinse type connectors. It also now has post flow control. And it's much smaller and a little lighter and a LOT cheaper. 849.00.

Mark do Everlast's Tig machines on SMAW have the same quality arc as my PowerArc 200?
I love my Dynasty 300 for Tig welding, but boy does it suck for SMAW, the PowerArc 200 will run circles around the Dynasty! :confused3:

Oh you want a water cooler! Without a water cooler the Tig torch will be huge! No body wants to use a club when Tig welding! A water cooled torch is so much smaller. Maybe Mark has a picture where you can compare the size difference between an air cooled torch, and a water cooled torch.
