Not really a huge difference, and it sure doesn't make the hemi a high strung engine. If anything the charts seem to back up Dmaces claim that there isn't that much difference between the two. If you notice, the scale of the torque curve is strung out on the eco boost and more compact on the hemis curve, which makes the hemis curve look more peaky. Like you say, plot them at the same scale, and I think they would look very similar. I would agree though, the eco boost isn't by any means a high strung engine and it makes plenty of torque down low.
