I was tired of using cheap TSC rollers and had a water pressure tank turned into a roller. That worked good for a little while until it ended up dented to heck, so this year I had my fabricator make me a heavy duty roller and it turned out great! I just picked up the tube material and let him run with it! 5' long 30" ID 11/16 wall (thickness)

crappy cell photos but Ill upload more tomorrow

The roller looks good but I hope you don't take a roll. It appears that your ROPS is missing.

Thanks guys!

On the opposite side and 180* of the shown plug is another 1-1/4" pipe plug as a breather/fill hole.

yes the ROPS are off so I can mow under a few trees and obstructions. :ashamed:

Nice looking roller. I've been trying to find something over the past two years without success.

Where did you find the pipe? 30" is not that common? How did you make the end plates? I assume you welded it all the way around. Did you use a bolt for the attachment to the hitch or did you use a bearing?

I'm looking around for an old tall propane tank. A 100lb tank is about 4 feet long. Nice curved ends and thick sides, too.
