Me too. Funny thing is I go back to mowing so it will finish and my fuel gauge starts blinking. Talk about adding some stress to the whole “don’t turn it off” thing. Ugh! Worked out and I learned more from the experience and the help on here than I did the manual.
Nothing like pumping a nice combustible liquid while your exhaust is at least 400 degrees and the motor cannot (should not) be shut off. Diesel ignites between 125 and 205 degrees F (52-96 C)
