Spanner posted 3/16" isn't noticeable. JD allow 3mm blade misalignment at dealership level. 3/8" is not great. IF it's dropping 3/8" per mow then eventually it's dragging on the ground.

Yes 3/8 inch is noticeable because when one side goes down the other goes up .

Mowed for a little over five hours yesterday the deck was level to day it is still level .
The new adjusting bolts may be the fix .

any specific tsb numbers you can list would be nice to read. I have a similar problem that I sent the tractor in to the dealer to fix and they say it is normal. my problem is not that the adjustment moves but that my adjustment is maxed out. I have a powerflo on my 54" deck on my 758 and I managed to get the blades level but I have no more room for adjustment. one is at max height and the other side is quite low. I think my rock shaft is twisted but dealer said they did all they could on warranty.

I bought the machine used so I can't vouch for how the first owner treated it

jonsstihl I do not think any new bolts will help you . I also have a Power Flow and I run the Right Front Gage wheel on the ground only way to keep it level . This is the fix from John Deere I do not like it but it is what it is . What Year is your X-758 mine is a 2016 the 2017 had an upgrade in the adjuster bolts cost 10 bucks . The new bolts keep the deck level but not with a Power Flow . The only way is to run the gage wheel (right front) on the ground (per John Deere)

1. The upgraded bolts should not cost you any money under warranty.
2. The gage (gauge) wheels are not designed to run on the ground.

If your Dealer says 'so' is not the same as JD saying 'so' unless you get official JD paperwork.

With a Power Flow You really need to run the gauge Wheels on the ground to cut level . Even in the Power Flow manual it states to run the wheels as close to or on the ground .

Yes, believe power flow manual says right front gauge wheel at the ground.. to support the weight of the power flow. Otherwise, add weight to the opposite side to "balance" the load. Works for me.. I have the 425 dedicated to the Power Flow and MC519 cart.

Jonsstihl, I cold be mistaken, I seem to recall a thread a few months ago, where some rock shafts had an arm welded to it in the wrong orientation from the factory. I think the OP was able to level the deck at a specific height, but move the deck up or down and it would go out of level. Not sure what model either. You will have to do a search and really weed through the results.
It wasn't long enough ago or I would remember.
