So the dealer called me today to tell me they'd still give me the offer they gave me Saturday on the F250 I looked at. It's funny because when I was in the office the sales manager told me that price was "today and today only". Funny how that works huh? I told them their deal wasn't good enough Saturday which was why I didn't buy the truck, if they decide they can do better then let me know. We'll see if they call back or not.

Well I actually got rid of my 2014 because after the 7th recall i got tired of the truck and didn't trust it. I had picked up a 2006 crew cab z71 at an auction with only 75,000 miles on it so I've been driving it. I've been wanting a larger truck and will be keeping this 06 also.

SEVEN recalls? Holy smokes, I'm glad I brought 2014 F150! Haven't had a problem at all.

I don't think it's brand specific these days. There's so many electronics and sensors, it seems like a big part of it is luck of the draw.

Yeah the 14's had a ton of recalls and resale value took a hit on them. I never had any real problems with mine other than the wobbly seat and some other small issues but it seemed like everytime I took my truck in for service there was a recall or two that needed to be done. Mine was an early 14 and those had more issues than the later models.
