If you put them beside some old tractors . They will come up short on HP . I think 31hp on the motor would be close. 33Hp at the most, I have and old Massey Ferguson sub-soiler I like the way they are made .The old JD 420 is about 24Hp it will out pull the 3110D on the sub-soiler and they are close in Weight .Now that makes the Hp in 1956 more then it is in 1981.Now the JD MT is only 2500 in Weight and it has only 18Hp and it will almost out do the 3110D .Now the JD 2520 was around 65 Hp 2WD it would pull the big Taylor-way Disc like it was not there. Now the 283 Massey Ferguson is 90Hp and 4WD and it can not do much with the Taylor-Ways . Now what all that tells me is the HP of a tractor is like money . It don't go far any more.
