Dam* loader attachment thought!!!...

Thanks all...BCBSLICK

Honestly, if the thing you don't like about your Kubota is the way the loader and deck go on and off, that's really the single area where the JDs are just massively better than any of the competition. To me, that was worth buying JD even with the (not too huge but still meaningful) price difference.

Really, my feeling after shopping for them is that they're basically the same except the JD has easier attachments and the JD has split F/R pedals while the Kubota has that single pedal for F/R. If you can tolerate driving one, you'll tolerate driving the other.

My suggestions would be to dealer shop over a wider area because I didn't pay anything close to sticker on mine early this spring. You only have to do a long drive once to bring it home. If you're forced to have a dealer repair, you can always use the local one.

Just a thought but I would look into what possible guides could be added to your Kubota fel to make hook up easier. I don't have one and have not used one so this may or may not be practical, just something to consider.

I say this because for years I used to launch a boat with out guide on stanchions, now with them added I wonder how I got along without them. Fixing the problem might be a heck of a lot cheaper than swapping machines.
