What is the simplest way of putting a hitch on the three point so I can pull a wood chipper around my property? I would like it simple to put on and take off. I will have a two inch ball connected to it.

Try searching under "Implements" for Drawbar Stabilizer thread. I'm sure there are some others there as well.

Tinmann, I just got a 20" drawbar today. $25.00. Will need a 3/4" shank ball though. This one has 3/4" holes.

Tinmann,
If you get a chance check out Alerxander Manufacturing=Delta Hooks.
They have new ideas on easy 3pt hitches.

One very simple way is to use the Freedom Hitch ball adapter. I've used it with trailers heavy enough that I had to load up the bucket to keep the front wheels on the ground. Of course, you need to be using the Freedom Hitch system, too, so it's certainly not the least expensive option - but certainly the most effective, in my opinion. Just today, while preparing for the 6 to 12" of snow we probably won't get (we only get that much when they're calling for "no accumulation"), I dropped the blade off, and put the ball adapter on in about 30 seconds, total, so I could hook up to a small (8' x 12') farm trailer loaded with wood and haul it to the house.

I have a BX2200 that I made a 3 point hitch from some scape metal on hand. You can take a piece of square tubing and weld the pins in the end. Take another piece and weld in the center to go up to the third arm. I then welded a small plate on and cut holes for the hitch ball. I cut two holes in my plate so I could pull a regular pin type hitch. By having the third arm to control the movement of the drawbar makes it easy to use the power lift to hook up your implement. I saw this idea at a trailer dealership and it works pretty good.

Simplest way is to buy a 3-point draw bar. Available at any store that sells tractor related stuff. Just hooks-up between the 3-point arms. Put a ball or two on it and you are ready to go. I'd suggest a draw bar stabilizer to go with the draw bar itself.

Although I have made 2, I just bought one Thursday from Leinbach Machinery in Winston Salem, NC for $69.50. It has a 2 inch receiver just like the one on my truck. Leinbach's number is (336) 924-4115. Great people to deal with.
