Thursday is DK55c day!

Hi Guys!

I am new to this particular discussion. I have been posting over on the attachments forum.

I traded for a DK55c last week. It will be delivered to the farm on Thursday! Sleepless nights......tossing and turning......reading specifications over and over.

I went to the Kioti dealer to visit MY tractor. Attached is a picture of the new machine and the manager, Todd. Todd was installing the joystick for the 4 in 1 bucket. I also purchased a quick attach for the bucket and forks. They are making sure that everything fits and works! I also upgraded the seat to a suspension model from the DK65. I'm getting soft in my middle age years. Seven more years until retirement.

Just 36 more hours........

The seat change was a good idea. I have a new D55C and the seat is terrrible. It sets too low and has no suspension. That and the lack of bucket roll back angle are the only complaints I have, and both are minor. And the seat problem is easy to remedy.

By the way, congratulations on the new DK. You'll love it.

Wouldn't it be better to sit out in the open with the mosquitoes biting and sweat running until your clothes are sopping wet? No, I guess not! Like I said on the other forum, great decision. Congratulations and give us some action shots as soon as you're able. John

1595 loader is an embarresmant to these tractors . I got rid of mine and had a Woods 1020 loader put on. Now I have a tractor and loader that will work together. Glad to see so many DK 55's making it to the streets. They are fantastic machines.

Are you serious it doesn't come with a suspension seat? What are the manufacturers thinking! A beautiful cab and no suspension seat!

I wonder if Kioti is going to change the loader design to the curve style to match the tractor style??? Like the CK20 and 30.

Rumor that I heard last winter was the new school , sexier curved loader are being tested. I had a lot of trouble with my 1595 loader and an engineer from Korea actually called me thinking I was a dealer and let the cat out of the bag .

I wonder if they will ever change the other DKs to look like the DK55? If they did that, I think they would be among the best looking CUTs. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif I always thought it was odd to see the DK55 among the other DKs.

The CK's and the DK 55 look very close to the same. It is a good bet that the rest of the line-up will be upgraded to the sleek look also.
