Maybe is better choice to buy tiller with straihgt tines, and then cut torsioned end. Later, if you will need real tiller, you can add C or L shaped tines on 1st-3rd-5th... flanges.
In another hand, if you will buy standard tiller, keep original tines, and aerator (straight) tines you can manufacture like I described before.
We don't use aerators here, so I don't really know how it works. Every spring we "straighten/aerate" (miss right word) our meadows with standard harrows, but holding it in higher position on tractors 3 pt hitch (not fully lowered). /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
