I figured it would be best to just buy this from my neighbor. I paid him $1,200 for it. He seemed happy and it is a good tiller. I figure it wasn't worth rustling feathers of a good neighbor to low ball him.
Manuals are hard to come by though. I figured I would be able to download them all over the place being as old as it is. Nope...
