He probably used the bucket??, How do you like your B26??

Yes of course, don't I feel stupid. As far as the B26, I love it. I have no complaints other then I wish the loader was removable. I know, I know, if thats what I wanted, then I should have bought a B2630 or B3030. I considered them, but I just couldn't get past the added abilities of the B26's backhoe. Big difference, and considering that was going to be its primary use, I went with the B26.

Very nice looking tiller, How many passes do you need to make in untilled ground to be "satisfied". How deep does your tiller till and how does it handle rocks?

over the years I have graded my yard down a few feet. Under the top soil is this layer of clay from ****, its like rocks but it will break up. The tiller digs in nice, one pass on the shallowest level does the trick, however I middle busted 1st to save time. handels rocks fine, kicks them out the back. considering the soil I have to deal with I certainly cant complain. It turned ransid soil into a nice seed bed. the tines have held up nice too, they have an edge on em now but still appear to have the mass they did before starting. I ran into a bunch of small rocks as if some one buried a bunch of crush-n-run, I suppose thats what honed my tines.
My soil required 4-5 passes to break up the mysterious clay-rock soil I have. up in the front yard where the soil is nice it tears into that like butter which would be expected. this tiller performs on par with the KK 2, I had behind my L2800. If you saw the soil in my back yard you would understand why I opted to middle bust 1st, I would of taken the same approach with the KK 2 as well. I have no complaints with the tiller, nice combo with the BX-25. I run it about 2500 2900 rpm. I havent needed to go much more than that to get the job done. my whole yard is getting re-habbed this year. and indeed, I am back dragging with the loader partially filled with soil for a little weight for a nice finish. I acheived 6 inchs of tilth in the back yard with which I am quite happy. almost time to plant.
