Mine was already at the shop. They do all the work on it. Plus its only 10 months old with 300 hrs. But ask, all they can say is NO. The powertrane covers alot, it wasn't cheap but neither is a major repair out of pocket.

Good luck Scott. You are in a tough spot. Of course the best plan would be to wait and buy the bigger tractor first then the head. But the Timber Ax is the best head for hydraulic challenged machines as it is the most efficient head on the market. But what if things take off for you, then it's new machine and a new head...

I did rent for the first coupe of jobs, that might be a good idea until you can make the money to step up to a bigger rig.
