As already mentioned above by several, I blow out with air compressor from opposite side of air flow intake, then I use a "dust buster" type handheld vac that has a thin tip to suck out any remaining debris between the fins.
I've just assumed that the Kioti DK5310SE cab filters were paper, but after reading some of the above, I'll need to look into this further as I also have an AFE filter cleaning kit for my car's cold air intake dry filter, so if the Kioti filters aren't paper, I may try the wash out next time.
