I second the pallet and caster approach... if you have concrete. Implements almost hitch themselves. I drilled 1/4" holes in the skids on my brush hog and put casters on temporarily, and even that 700 pound monster is easy to align and hitch up. A big bonus for the casters is storage. You can "parallel park" the implements in tight, out-of-the-way places.
