I dont know if someone would consider me an impulse buyer or not. I do my research on the net and read as much as I can about something that I am looking to buy but then when I go looking at whatever (lets say tractors for the sake of argument) I am ready to buy. I have done my "shopping and tire kicking" and when I show up at a dealer, I want the bottom line and I want it today not next week or only after I call 16 times. When I bought my LS, I had looked at all the online stuff you could find, went thru every forum thread here, got as many online bids that I could and already knew what most of the other brands were. THEN I found the LS while looking for Kioti and got impressed with quality of them, then more impressed with cost, then got some literature, found the website and had my guns loaded. I made my deal in 2 days. Had to make the rounds of dealers in a 100 mile radius to see how they sat, operated etc. Most of them I could rule out from just sitting in the seat and looking at the layout of the controls and would get turned off completely by the poor design. When I made up my mind on the LS, then I went looking for the closest dealer who made me a good price and delivered it the following day even though he had to go 70 miles each way to pick up the machine that I had driven at a different dealer. He brought the papers for me to sign when he delivered the tractor and rake I bought with it.
