Thanks guys! After closer inspection it appears to have a plug in it already (not the same spot) so plug it is!

I put 3 holes in the same front tire in the same week, never punctured a tire before or since, go figure. Plugged each one and haven't had an issue since. Cheap and easy, good choice.

Plugs here. They've been in for years.

I also had a slow leak in a very worn front tire and added slime. The leak stopped. Not sure where the leak was, there are some deep cracks and gouges.

I got tired of plugs leaking in my front tires and had tubes put in. $25/piece. No more leaks.

Tube is what my Kioti dealer put into my front tire; said he couldn't plug it.

Fixed numerous ones on my vehicles, no leaks. One on my front from sapling puncture on my Kioti, no leaks. I say plug.
