I doubt you will get the results you want.
As mentioned, the fronts do most of the rutting if you have a FEL. And going up only a size iisnt going to do much. Your ruts may be a tad shallower, but they will also be a tad wider.
I have an 18,000lb backhoe, and the rears are only 16.9's. So I'd bet I have more ground pressure than your 14.9's on your tractor. And that said, by little light kubota front tires make bigger ruts than the BH does.
