Done! Huge difference playing... err.... working in what little snow and ice we have.

Last two picks were the total cost, discounting the tool. I'm a freaking idiot. Red post is the short handle of my jack, glove is the one I was wearing, pretty sure it paid for itself considering there is 2 ton of tractor on one end of the link and 600lb of weight box on the other. Wife was not impressed. Upon removal of the glove there is a half moon cut clean through from the top of the jack handle. In my training program we refer to that as "a near miss".

The chains do look pretty snug for not having tensioners.

Worst part woulda been yelling to the wife upstairs to come free me. She'd have thought it was the normal GarageMajal "prayer words" being uttered at high volume.

They are tight. I'm skeptical that I will get them reinstalled without adding links next year. It took some work and repositioning, for sure.
