I am wondering if there are any good tires place on the internet.

I've never ordered any off the internet but to get more responses it might help to explain what type of tires you're looking for. Also, good in what way? Are you looking for a certain type of tire, or a dealer who has a good cross-section of tires, cheap prices, long history, etc....

If you're looking for regular ag tires I'd wonder if you've looked locally and if so what about those that are available local to you aren't you happy about?

Shipping can be pretty expensive depending on the size of the tire you're looking for. I will offer one bit of advice. If you don't need them right away watch auction sites (The big "E" for example). A few sellers like McGrew Equipment out of SE PA regulalry has slightly used sets that can be had for really good prices. I picked up a set of turfs for my Kubota that I had at the time for $103. I opted to pick them up while I was over there on bussiness but even with shipping I would have svaed a fortune. Wheels and tires from Kubota were over $2200 new so even if shipping would have been $100 I would have saved 90%.

Otherwise you'll need to provide a little more info I think to get others here to offer up some advice or even personal experience.

Good luck.

I am looking for 8-16 R-1 tires for the front. I did not need them until this morning, I puched a 1 inch hole in the front tire. I have heard that Titan makes a really good tire. They are around 138.00 a piece locally.

Titan are supposedly good tires. I've got them on my new Kioti and like them so far. I had Firestone on my Kubota and liked them as well though they were R2's and very aggressive. I think Titan bought Goodyear's Ag line. I don't know for sure about that though.

I would think the size you're looking at are fairly common. Are you putting these on a MFWA/D or 4WD tractor? If so take a good look at the rears and the amount of wear you have. If the rears are worn significantly you may want to look at finding some used fronts as well. I don't think it will be a huge deal but if you put brand new fronts on and you'r rears are pretty worn you'll put some extra stress on the front driveline until they wear down enough to match up with the worn rears.

Where are you located?

I bought blem tires from Nebraska Tire, they were real good to people to deal with. Shipping tires is expensive though. They have a good web page with prices, check them out. bjr

I just purchased 2 Titan Trac-loader 25/8.50-14 (R-4's, 6 ply) online from SimpleTire.
Best price, and had the Titan tire (made in USA) that I wanted (to replace the same factory tire on there now). Including shipping (3 days UPS), were just under $180 per tire.

I was pleased with the fast service and the good price.
