Titan Attachments _ palletforks.com replacement parts policy

Perhaps this is old news, I did a cursory search and didn't turn up anything. But Titan Attacments @ palletforks.com has what I consider a very strange replacement parts policy that folks who are considering their attachments should be made aware of. Shortly after purchasing their 3pt. 60'" flail mower and immediately damaging a lot of hammers from mowing 5 acres of rocky field, I got in touch with them wanting to know why I couldn't find replacement parts on their website. Only to be told that they only replace parts for warranty issues..... and only within the one year warranty period. Of course the specifics of the warranty excludes wear parts such as hammers, belts, blades, etc. So I was stuck with a machine that I now cannot get parts for, at least from Titan. I'm sure these parts are available somewhere as all these Chinese attachments are much the same. But if you're considering buying an attachment from Titan be advised you ain't gonna get replacement anything from them unless it's deemed a warrantable item. If anyone can steer me to a supplier for flail hammers for aforementioned flail mower, please let me know. Thanks!

These are universal parts and pretty easy to find. Titan used to sell the flail knives, not sure why they stopped. Places like Agri Supply or Flail Master should have them.

Personally I would not buy any type of Titan PTO driven attachment because of no dealer support

Just this week I vacillated between ordering Titan skid steer forks, and EA forks.
I opted for the more expensive EA forks.
Glad I did!

FYI, I purchased replacement top link brackets from Titan for my Titan flail mower recently.

Agree. Their forks are good for the price, I have a set. I would not go for PTO driven equipment from them.
