I am currently looking at a 2004 TL100 and the question I have is the owner talks about the PTO slips sometimes and I am wondering if this is a deal breaker. I am just curious since don't know a lot about this tractor what am I looking at to stop the issue. Any opinion on what I am looking at spending etc.,I can get it for reasonable price and hours on it are 1400
