TN 70 radiator flush

Need to know where the radiator drain petcock is located. Want to drain / flush system before winter but can not seem to find a drain plug on the radiator. Does it even have one or am I supposed to pull the bottom hose and drain it that way. That would be a true pain if the water is hot.

Bottom radiator hose has a ridged tube with a plug that is removable.The tn65 also has a block drain,takes a 27mm socket to remove it.
