TN 75 will not move after repairing wiring harness

rat got under hood and chewed up several wires under hood and at transmission, I soldered them and used heat shrink on all wires, tractor does run, no codes, when put shuttle shift forward or backward it clicks under the seat like it is going in gear but does not move. I have checked all connectors. Any thoughts?

Is that a power shuttle?
did it have any interlocks, parking brake?

it is shuttle shift, and yes on parking brake

my guess is you missed another wire or something somewhere where the rats have been or there is another skinned one that is up against something possibly grounding out or blew a fuse that you aren't aware of before you realized the wires were skinned up
