Ah! Now I understand. I was thinking of something a little different. As you probably realised.

Probably was not available in North America. Not all features made it over here.

Mike, glad you figured it out. Tow hooks and many drawbar configurations available in Europe are very foreign to us. Not unseen, just not used here.
