TN60 A tachometer problems

I picked up a 05 TN60A from a liquidation sale recently that had been outside most of its life it looks like from the sun damage to everything. The problem I'm having is the tach hasn't worked since I bought it and today the fuel gauge didn't work. I've checked fuses and have removed the instrument cluster cleaned and reinstalled. Any ideas on a good place to start looking?
