We have a TN60 that has a blown turbo and need to identify the part no.
A supplier wants the number that is on the casting but it is just to cold here to take things apart in the field.
NH on line does not reveal that #, just minor maintenance parts like filters etc.

I understand that many models over a lengthy timespan all use the same turbo.

I'd appreciate a PM if you can help.

A TN 60 was not equipped with a turbo from the factory. You are going to have to look at yours to see what was added. FWIW, NH has a complete accurate Parts lookup on its public website. If your tractor had a factory turbo, it would be cataloged, and the part number listed.

Spencer Diesel is showing NEW & REBUILT turbos for the 75.

Using Google> type in> TN75DA TURBO.. spencerdiesel.com will be one of the choices..
Click on THAT & it will bring you right to it..
Sorry, don't know how to install a link.
Good luck.
Whats wrong w/ yours??

The mechanic claims all the symptoms (power, smoke etc) indicate it is shot.
Usually the oil seals blow and the engine runs away.

I'd suggest getting it rebuilt.. they aren't hard to do, if you watch how things come apart..
BUT its nearly impossible to find a kit w/o any #'s off the turbo..
Do a price comparison with new, rebuilt & over-haul.. don't forget to include shipping & tax in your comparison..
IF you were in the States, I'd offer my services..
You could CALL a fuel shop & ask how much a rebuild would run..?? MOST injection pump shops rebuild turbos..
Good luck,,

I have located lots of turbos on Chinese web sites. Face it NH farms that out.
Some sites actually state who the make them for.
The problem was part #'s which I now have.
Simply now waiting for prices and PN's to be confirmed.
Most seem to list @ +/- $200. so it is worth exploring.
Naturally I want a bolt on fit vs adapting something. A common question was they requested a casting no. but I now have the actual part# so now we wait.

Tractor is a TN 75 DA (hey it is for sale,) about 6-700 hrs), no loader.
He purchased a Kubota 100hp better suited for his needs with a 7-12 ft extendable snow pusher.
Would be perfect for a farm operation. Located near Montreal. PQ

Since it was only used seasonally for snow duties I suspect snow ingestion is the culprit and then sitting idle over balance of the time.
