I too am having this problem now. I am not sure where the valve is. Is it located right above the lift arm where the control lever linkage attaches to the back of the tractor? THe lift was working fine a week ago when I last used the tractor. I went to hook up my rake and the arms would not drop.

Hello all,
It appears it has been a while since someone had this issue. I just picked up a TN75 and I cannot lower my lift arms all the way down. It looks to me that they go half way down and then stop. I have even stood on them but I cannot get them down. I do have that button switch on the fender but not sure of its purpose. There a 2 lift arm levers, but only 1 appears to move the lift arms?

Sounds like you need the operators manual. One lever is the height, one sets the "stall" point (wrong term). That's the amount of energy the tractor will loose before it raises the implement (better to raise the plow than to stall the machine). Lots of good info on operating and maintaining your tractor. Worth spending the money.
