Price Check TN95A or TS110 price check

I talked to one dealer today. He said for a TN95 with a bush hog loader and two rear remotes that it would run $28,800. no cab Does this sound correct?

I know I'd buy it. This time last year my quote on a Demo (15hr.) TN75 open platform,with two (2) remotes, loader and a hay spear was 31,900.

I went to the dealer today in person and he said he misquoted it. He did have a TN75a with factory joy stick for the loader and one remote for $30,200. I asked him what kind of trade in for my 04' TC35A with factory loader, shuttle shift, R4 tires, and 150 hours on it. He said that he could not allow more than $10,000 tops. Any body have an idea what I should ask if I decide to sell it outright?
