Dude, why you want to blow up that tractor - it's a nice one!

You'll probably need to give more info for a better answer. Do you already have hydraulics plumbed to the rear, and just want to pick up a couple cylinders and install them? Or are you talking about the whole deal, from plumbing the remotes into a system currently without them?
....for starters. All found by searching within this customization forum. I know there are more, plus good threads on plumbing SCV's and basic hydraulics. I haven't done one, but have been following the discussion. There are several members, as you will see, that have done this and have some very practical experience.
Not long ago someone posted a list of parts and prices for everything they used to make a top and tilt for a John Deere (I believe). As I recall, there were also some pictures and they had done an incredibly neat job of installation and of routing the hydraulic hoses very neatly. I don't think anything out of the factory could have been any better.
Maybe someone else remembers the particular post and can direct you to it. I'm sure you'll find it very helpful.
But worth all the work Larry. My neighbor with a 790 wants to add at least a top llink. You've heard the saying " best thing since sliced bread", well, this is much better then that even. Once you have a hydraulic toplink, your King!
If your neighbor takes the plunge, please have him post his experience. The hydraulic top link sounds like what I need if it's not too difficult or expensive.
