Load your tires unless you are primarily lawnmowing. And many do it even then. Don't use CaCL - rots rims. And even in tubes, if you have a leak you now have an issue I've read here.
I think the b3030 in particular needs to be loaded - its overpowered for its weight, and has a high center of gravity.
You will find, btw, that you need both loaded tires and 3pt weight to do heavy FEL work. Instead of a ballast box, I use a box blade - much more generally useful, and still weighs a lot.
