Well you'uns convinced me, I will do a double vent and just cap off the low one in winter and maybe both when it gets really cold. Thanks,
Will make it 8x12 with a 8x4 outer room with 5' sidewalls and 7' at the peak.
Now am contemplating weither to use salvaged metal roofing that I have or buy treated 3/4 inch plywood 50$ a sheet before shipping ouch . I have a bunch of herculite that I got off the slope to cover it with before I back fill with sand/gravel and then the top layer of dirt/sod.
I have a bunch of 4x4 cedar that I beachcombed for studs/joists and was wondering if 18"centers was enough or bring them in to 12"? Have never built underground before so am open to all suggestions.
Thanks,
Rick
