Looks nice.

I have a question, since you had a GC1705 why did you decide not to go GC1720 and instead you went to the LS version? Was there anything about the GC1705 that rubbed you the wrong way?

Around here, I see the LS MT125 costing almost a grand less, having more ci engine (77.3 vs 68.5), about +15.7% 3 point lift capacity (1007 lbs vs 870 lbs), way longer (+35%!) backhoe reach from pin to extent (145" vs 107").... and because of that, the LS MT125 was one that was on my SCUT short list. But I would think that if had, knew and loved the MF GC1705 that you would have simply moved up to the loaded GC1720.

I really liked the GC1705. The reasons I switched, the brush guard on the GC is useless. The backhoe work station is bigger on the MT125. I am big fan of the Yanmar engine. A GC1720 set up the same way cost $19600. The MT125 cost $15900 with loader, backhoe and MMM with a longer warranty.

Wow, $15,900 is a freaking GREAT price!

I was quoted $17,900 (plus tax) for exactly what you got, MT125 TLB/MMM and for the MF GC1720 set up the same way was $19,500 (plus tax), so a $1600 + $96 tax difference.

Using your super good price of $15,900 $3600 under my quoted GC1720, so saving a massive $3,816 including tax savings. Wow. You stole that thing! Heck, I would go buy the MT125 TLB/MMM today at that price!

You did really good dude! You need to start selling your negotiating skills out to others!

Congrats on the fine machine rider7767!

Did the dealer explain to you the rear tire needs to come off to put the 3 point arms on? Others have been talking about it recently... Not a big deal for someone like me but seems to be disappointing to others

Just call your dealer and ask them if they can do the $15,900 price, if they don't want to go that low, road trip? My dealer quoted me at $17,000 when I asked out of curiosity but you have to remember that dealers have an "advertised price" that they are told by LS to not advertise any less, that's so they don't undercut other LS dealers. Dealers usually have some wiggle room, unless they are very small and need the full price to keep the doors open. For me, even being a poor bastard, Life is to short to spend it dickering around to get the best deal possible and I just buy what I feel comfortable with. You can always make more money... you cant get back wasted time...

If you get it shipped from Brunos, they don't charge tax for out of state sales. My cash cost. $15900 out the door.

To put the bar on the first time, you will have to take the rear tires off. After that, you will have to shift the bar left or right to get the pieces out.

Great video! I am interested in how you setup the mower. We set the wheels at the desired cut height and run them on the ground. The mower height knob is used as a secondary adjustment. The mower manual just talks about the wheel height and does not mention the knob on the tractor.

It all a matter of preference. I hang my mower deck while mowing not carrying the weight of the deck on the deck wheels. I use my wheels as anti scalping wheels. You can run the weight of the deck on the wheels, but you better keep it greased. There are no bearings in my wheels and I mow 2 1/2 acres at a time. The little wheels will get hot and melt off. I had this happen to an old BX2200 I had. It is just plastic rotating on a steel bolt.
