Thanks, I like that idea John. It had struck me that it was going to be stuck wherever I dropped it off. That would solve that problem.

Is your Ballast box a Kubota brand? If so, mine has the hitch points up about 4 inches from the bottom of the box (there's also a metal lip-type brace on the bottom of mine). If I lower the lift arm adjustment (the long brass "nut" on the right lift arm as you face the rear of the tractor), I can get the lift arms to match the ballast box perfectly (assuming I am on flat ground--concrete garage floor).

Is your Ballast box a Kubota brand? If so, mine has the hitch points up about 4 inches from the bottom of the box (there's also a metal lip-type brace on the bottom of mine). BTW... I bought the casters at TSC. I believe that the total cost of the project was under $20 and took less than an hour to build.
