if it's a small gasser engine using a carb with a flaot.. like abrigs.. I'd bet on stuck float, starving it for fuel..

he's saying that you started threads witht he same topic / subject a couple times, and dropped into someone else's post on needing choke to run to bring up your possibly similar problem.
it's usually best not to double post.. gets confusing and some people don't always see both threads.. so work can be duplicated. best to keep all to one thread to keep everybody on the same page, info, wise..
