You didn't have to break the valve, you could have just shut it off at around 6" or so.
All said and done, it looks like 12" to 14" is my total accumilation for Moultonborough.
Between 11:30 and 12:30 last night i did my initial clean up,
it's kinda fun to be out there in the dark, just me and my tractor, flashing lights, the smell of diesal exhaust.

We measure in at 18" /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif but I got to admit plowing this white fluffy stuff was a blast. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
Started clean up 5:30am and was done 11am{couple of coffee breaks}also had to replow 1/3 of the driveway do to drifing.

thomas: WE LEFT HOME CHRISTMAS MORN. for a 2 hr. drive to my youngest daughters home, snow was falling and took us closer to 4hrs. but got there and stayed till today. we had about 14 in and i thought when i got home i would be on the kub/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif but when i got home my friend had me all plowed out and i was left with no seat time/w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif. ain't friends great?

Glad that you and your wife had a safe and pleasant trip Frank,for that was a nasty storm indeed.
Kinda to bad you didn't get any seat time from that winter storm,but yes thats what I call a good friend..and by chance the next storm comes along and your friend not at home /w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif I would scoot over and plow him out. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif's
