This has to be the funniest letter I have ever received from a credit card company.

That letter doesn't seem funny to me. First off, it isn't an online statement, it's a letter to let you know you've signed up for the All-Electronic statement Program. It's a security measure confirming that you are now aware of this, and someone else didn't request this for your account.

If you didn't sign up for this service and you got this letter, I'd be on the phone with CitiBank ASAP.

Dave, letters like this fall into the same category as seeing braille lettering on the DRIVE UP ATM machine.

My Internet and Email provider offers an Email address to use named "Customer Support." I recently sent an email message requesting a couple of changes to my account. I was surprised by the immediate response. But the response was an Auto Reply telling me my message would not be read and offered telephone numbers that I had to call for service.

I like when you call in to the isp because your internet is down, and they ask if you would like to check out support on the web..........real class acts there!

That is OK, When I cut the phone line when I was putting the water line in to the garage, I called the repair number at the phone company. It was out of service. I look at my wife and said "How do I report that their repair line needs repaired?" /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
