I dropped by the local Kubota Dealers Demo Days today. Big let down Miss April wasn't there./w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif I took a ride on a BX 2200. What a nice refined machine. It started instantly. It is a diesel so it was slightly louder than a Rolls Royce. The power steering turns like a dream. I wondered where the tach was. I remowed some grass that the last guy hadn't done such a good job on which had clippings from the last pass on it. The BX 2200 did a perfect job at a little less than half speed but missed a lot when I tried to mow full speed. I noticed a couple of rusty parts on the steering system and the 3 point hitch. Points off for that. It only had 8 hours on it. I thought the differential lock and the brake lock could have been made a little nicer. There was a slight hydrostatic creep when I got off the pedel. Hopefully the dealer will adjust it before he sells it to someone. Over all one heck of a nice little machine.
