I think the best design for pallet forks I have seen are the ATI which seem to be lightest and avoid the bucket style, which does risk bending your bucket. Utilizing a Quick Hitch style one would assume compatible with Bob-Tach at Preseeder. Download the 2010 catalog and scroll way down to the pallet forks and back screens.

As for grapples, I like the Anbo.

Further contemplation, info from all the folks at TBN and a further inquiry of price, I have opted to step up from the CT225 to the CT235. Thank you!

Glad to hear...I wouldn't buy the 225. I have the 230 and am very happy. The 235 is awesome too. The 230 had way better incentives when I purchased. I have lots of power.

I think the 225 got a bad "rep" when it first cam out because it was a 1.3L 25 HP tractor pushing 3000+ lbs. where as the 230 was 1.5L @ 30 HP on same frame.
When Interim Tier IV compliance was mandated in 2008 this tractor moved to 1.4L 27 HP while the 230 stayed vitually same engine HP rating, plus the 235 was brought out which is 1.65 L @ 34 HP. All on same exact frame. Granted the more HP running on same frame weight will give better performance, but don't under rate the 225 based on first introduction model. When Bobcat first brought these to market I ran all models, was not impressed with 225 at all. 2 months ago I bought the 225 (2009 model) and could not be more please with tractor I got for the money spent. I still fined it hard to believe what a difference 2 HP makes. More is always better if it doesn't cost too much, if you can get a respective deal on the 230 or 235 go with it, but right now with pricing I've found the 225 is best value of $/HP.

Hi, All:D
Yesterday, I made my down payment on a 2010 CT225 with 20 'Demo' hours at the dealer. He is going to clean up any of the little rust on a couple spots, install the bucket on the Bob-Tach attached to the 7TL and deliver it 12miles out of town to my place. They are waiting on the 7TB at which time I guess they will come get it or bring the 7TB to my place and install it there. I am guessijg I will invest in the 66" MMM very soon and the front mount FCT SB62 snow blower by fall. I Can't wait to see what this Bad Boy will do.

I saw your post on the Kubota side about saying good-bye to the BX. Welcome to the Bobcat world. Does this mean a change of Login Id is in order?:laughing:

Excellent move. I have the 225 and it has served me well for 230 hours so far, but every so often, it runs out of power. A 5' tiller in damp ground or 5' Bushog with some thick grass and some hills will have you wishing for another 7hp.

Yeah, I don't know what I'm going to do about that. If the moderators would even allow me to change my handle then no one knows who I am anymore. I guess I could add a disclaimer to the signature compilation of implements one acquires over the years- like a warning on a pack of cigarettes or bottle of Tylenal.

Again, can't wait to see the tractor. They are waiting for the 7TB but said they would bring it out before. My sales rep, however, has been out for a few days. He lives in the area of the flooding Assiniboine river and has had to evacuate his family as has most of the town, I guess. I think he remained to aid in sandbagging and man the pumps. In other words his problem is my problem.
