Interesting Idea. My luck it would always rotate upside down and I would dump all that stuff on the ground. Lol

Lol, yeah, I wonder if there would be a way to notch something to keep it always "timed" to be faced upwards?

Lol, Slim I just know my luck. It is a very clever use of otherwise wasted space though. Marking the top is a good idea as well.
The weight of the tools might just keep it level. Kinda like those silly hubcaps that don't rotate with wheel. :confused3:
