This is very near me so I could even pick it up and save more. Or is the price nothing special? Thanks from a rookie!

At $175 I think you will get what you pay for. While it's hard to see exactly what the teeth look like, they don't look as sturdy as the ones on the W.R. Long toothbar. Check this <A target="_blank" HREF=http://carverequipment.com/wrlong_loader_attachments.htm>link</A> for the standard toothbar Carver sells that is made by W. R. Long. The one from Long slips over the lower edge and bolts to the sides whereas the ebay one requires a lot more drilling. It attaches across the width of the bucket as well as on each side. So instead of using the lower portion of the budget for support, the ebay one relies totally on the strength of the bolts.
