Mike, I sent you a PM.

I ordered one from marham welding today, very nice to deal with, but they said they are out of teeth until after the first of the year, so it might be a little bit before they send it off. The price was right...

I ordered mine several weeks ago and they shipped it last Wednesday...supposed to get it Thursday. Can't wait...those nice pictures makes me want to go kill some dirt....Yikes... Looks like nice weather up there too.

Same here. UPS will deliver the Markham toothbar for my B7510HST/LA302 FEL Thursday. Looks like we ordered just as the supply of teeth was running out.

Plan to use the toothbar/FEL next week to excavate a 6"D x 48"W x 70'L trench for a paver block walkway

Uh, oh. Mine was supposed to ship on on Friday the 9th and then I would get a call with the tracking #. No call, and now they're out of materials? I was hoping for a delivery before this weekend but if I need to wait until next year then that's OK I suppose. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Yeah, just lucky I guess...
Actually, mine was supposed to ship the week before last but they called me saying they had a problem in the machine shop so it would ship the following week and I'd get it tomorrow. Lucky thing I didn't wait any longer to order. Turned out OK though, since I didn't go up to the property last week anyway. I'll have plenty for it to do when I get up there. Bringing my old arcwelder up up to weld on those side brackets.
Also bought a 1/2"Ø capacity D-Handle drill motor to drill my bucket. Harbor Freight had one on sale for $29.99...can you believe that? Also have a set of Silver & Demming drills with 1/2"Ø shanks. Next week I'll make a post to show all the goodies I've bought for the tractor...set me back about 3 Christmas's worth.

I drilled the bucket of my CK20 with an 18v battery powered drill and a titanium coated multipurpose bit. Duck soup. Took about 30 seconds. Just remember to use a bit of oil as a lubricant for the bit.

I drilled mine with a 12v drill and a Uni-Bit step drill bit. If you've never used one of these you don't know what you are missing. They are, by far, the best drill bits for sheet metal. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif Looking for something to ask Santa for? I highly recommend having a set in your toolbox. They cut perfectly round holes in sheet metal and if you hit the hole a just touch more with the next step it will remove the burr as well. Then go at the hole from the other side and do the same and you're done.

Good tip on the uni-bit. I've never used one in my machining trade so I always used straight shanked drills...requiring machinery to have the chuck capacity for them. Never thought of them...Thanks.
